Job description
American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards and delivers a guest-ready experience. You will drive Floorset execution, training, and replenishment while maintaining sharp merchandising and a team-first culture.
You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities, optimize sell-through, and celebrate wins with the team, championing guest satisfaction and brand integrity daily.
