Anthony Marano Company, one of the most reputable produce distributors in the Midwest, is currently hiring for a full time Produce Merchandiser role in:
Plainfield, IL
Janesville, WI
We're looking for a motivated candidate to service retail grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and merchandising fresh produce. You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality displays, ensuring product freshness, and delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Tasks
Merchandise fresh produce in assigned retail stores
Stock, rotate, and maintain product freshness
Build attractive produce displays to drive sales
Monitor quality and remove damaged/expired items
Understand customers' vision and merchandising standards and execute accordingly
Communicate inventory needs and store feedback
Support promotions and seasonal displays
Maintain clean and organized produce departments
Qualifications
Grocery/produce or merchandising experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
