Route Sales Representative
Pay: $21.80 per hour Location: Northfield, NH Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Start Time: 5:00 AM End Time: Varies by Day Minimum Qualifications Be 18 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you. What You'll Do Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time) Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you'll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
