n nWhat We Offer:
nnPay: $16.50 per hour
n nnSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM TO 11:40AM and Saturday 7:00AM TO 8:30 AM

n nYour Responsibilities:
nAs our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
nnDaily Commitment:
n nnEnsure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
n nnRestock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
n nnUse your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
n nnInteract professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
n nnSupport During Festive Seasons:
n nnDuring key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
n nnDepartment Resets:
n nnParticipate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
n nnTeamwork:
n nnWhile you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.
n nPhysical Requirements:
nThis position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:
nnAbility to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
n nnAbility to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
n nnWalk and stand for most of the shift.
n nBasic Requirements:
nnMust be at least 18 years old.
n nnAbility to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
n nnReliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
n nnInternet access and a smartphone.
n nnAvailability to work during peak season (November to May).
