Job description
Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to work with the Merchandising Supervisor to train and coach the merchandising staff and to be scheduled to merchandise accounts as needed.
The role involves leading onboarding, conducting capability-building sessions, and providing performance feedback to merchandisers, while monitoring field activities and ensuring safety and policy compliance across multiple locations.
