American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Irvine, CA. You will be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes effective Floorsets and replenishment.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and maintain high guest experience. This role emphasizes eye for detail, teamwork, and living the AEO values daily.
