Job description
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards.
You will execute Floorsets, implement merchandising updates, and ensure replenishment keeps the store guest-ready, working closely with your team to getthejobdone. You will lead by example, coach floor teams, and prioritize guest experience while maintaining brand standards and store safety.
