Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing Floorsets, replenishment, and merchandising updates. You will lead a guest-focused, detail-oriented team to drive store performance.
You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, train and coach the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and champion a culture of recognition while maintaining safety and policies.
