Duties
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
Conduct due diligence and manage deal processes.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in California.
3+ years of experience in M&A and private equity.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
California Bar admission required.
Skills
