Brand Ambassador – Merrell Retail Merchandising & Store Training | 1099 ContractDo you live an outdoor lifestyle? This is a chance to represent a premium outdoor apparel brand in local retail stores. Whether you have experience in the outdoor industry or are a passionate hiker or trail runner, this opportunity is for you.We're looking for Brand Ambassadors / Retail Brand Representatives to support Merrell. Merrell exists to share the simple power of being outside. They believe the trail is for everyone. In this role, you'll visit assigned retail stores to train associates, support merchandising, and represent the brand.Store Visits: 1 visit per month per store (about 1 hour per visit).Key ResponsibilitiesEducate retail associates on Merrell footwear and clothingSupport retail merchandising and product displaysCapture store photos and complete reports using the ThirdChannel appConduct light inventory checks and competitive insightsQualificationsPassion for, trail running, hiking and outdoor sportsExperience in retail, sales, brand ambassador, or merchandising roles preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, dependable, and self-motivatedComfortable using mobile apps and technologySmartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territoryJob DetailsIndependent Contract (1099)Flexible monthly store visitsPay starting at $70/hour (based on market and experience)Travel incentive providedAbout ThirdChannelThirdChannel connects passionate brand experts with leading brands to improve the retail experience through in-store merchandising, training, and retail technology.#indmrl1
