If you enjoy operating advanced fabrication equipment, solving production challenges, and contributing to products that demand exceptional precision, this role offers an outstanding next step in your career.This Role OffersCompetitive hourly compensation.Comprehensive health benefits.Paid holidays and paid time off.Stable, full-time employment with consistent daytime scheduling.Opportunities for cross-training and career advancement.Collaborative, safety-focused manufacturing environment.Work with advanced fabrication technology and precision manufacturing processes.FocusOperate a variety of fabrication equipment including laser cutting systems, turret punch machines, deburring equipment, and similar production machinery.Set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing equipment to meet quality and production requirements.Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD-generated documentation to produce accurate finished components.Perform machine programming and make adjustments to optimize production efficiency.Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.Complete routine machine maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently.Maintain an organized and safe work environment while following all manufacturing and safety procedures.Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production schedules and quality expectations.Assist with additional manufacturing responsibilities as business needs evolve.Skill SetMinimum of one year of manufacturing or metal fabrication experience.Experience operating fabrication equipment such as laser cutting systems, turret punch presses, deburring equipment, or comparable machinery.Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD documentation.Experience programming or adjusting manufacturing equipment.Comfortable using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.Ability to lift materials weighing up to 100 pounds as required.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous quality improvement.About the OpportunityOur client has built a reputation for delivering precision manufactured products through advanced equipment, skilled craftsmanship, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
