Metal FabricatorLocation: Fairmont, MNCompensation: $18.00+ per hour – paid weeklySchedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am- 3:00pmJob Type: Temp / Contract | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabricator workers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality HVAC systems and components while working in a team-oriented production environment. If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, operating equipment, and building products that meet customer specifications, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Metal Fabricator:Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goalsPrepare, fabricate, and paint parts, subassemblies, and final assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructionsOperate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safelyInspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are metMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaReport safety concerns, equipment issues, and production defects promptlyWhat You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabricator Role:High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredReliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
