Job description
Metal FabricatorThe Metal Fabricator is responsible for receiving in-bound shipments, organizing material, fabrication of trims and edge metal systems, fabrication of specialty components, and routine maintenance of equipment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to scheduleReceive and process materialsPerform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for cycle countsKeep a clean and safe working environmentCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsRequirementsProven experience working with othersFamiliarity with sheet metal and sheet metal equipmentGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift objects greater than 50 LBS on a consistent basisCurrent forklift licenseHigh school or equivalent degreeWillingness to take on special projects as assignedBuilding Products/Roofing Experience a plusBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401(k) (with company matching)Paid Time OffPaid Holidays
