Entry Level Metal FabricatorsAerotek is hiring an entry level metal fabricator with weekly pay!$18-$20/hr+ depending on experience | Day shiftJob DescriptionThis is a hands-on position responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in HVAC systems. We are willing to train motivated individuals on our equipment and fabrication processes.ResponsibilitiesFabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components.Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, rollers, and plasma cutting machines.Read and interpret basic shop drawings and production specifications.Measure and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the shop.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Reliable transportation and attendance.What We OfferOn-the-job training provided.Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for advancement and skill development.Stable, full-time employment with a growing company.Job type & location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Aliquippa, PA.Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
