Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM after completing training on 1st shift
Location: Willoughby, Oh

Job Description A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a 3rd Shift Metal Finisher to prepare and finish metal components used in demanding applications. This hands-on position involves deburring and other metal-finishing processes, with previous metal deburring experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities: Inspect metal castings according to established work instructions and quality standards
Perform deburring, grit blasting, degreasing, water washing, and other required finishing processes
Perform black light rework as required
Handle precision components carefully throughout the finishing process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements: Previous metal deburring or metal finishing experience is strongly preferred
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established quality standards
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
Ability to work the regular Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM schedule
