Metal Grinder / Polisher / Finisher Hendersonville NCCompensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hourShift/Working Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMAbout the RolePrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing team to find a detail-oriented Grinder/Polisher. In this key quality-focused role, you will refine, grind, and polish metal components to precise specifications prior to final shipment.What You Will DoOperate hand tools and automated grinding/polishing equipment to remove excess material, burrs, and surface imperfections.Finish metal parts to target specifications (matte, satin, or mirror) and inspect completed work against blueprints and technical instructions.Maintain safety protocols, use protective equipment, and perform final craftsmanship checks on outgoing items.What You Will BringIf you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!Experience with metal finishing, grinding, polishing, or precision measuring instruments is preferred.Ability to read work orders/blueprints and possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
