Metal Assembly AssociateWe are hiring Metal Assembly Associates for a fast-growing company! The ideal candidate will have a steady work history in manufacturing or construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn new skills through cross-training.ResponsibilitiesAssemble metal components and products according to company specifications.Read and accurately use a tape measure.Operate hand tools and other equipment as required.Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.Cross-train in various areas of the production process.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or construction experience preferred.Steady work history with a commitment to reliability.Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance.Ability to read and use a tape measure.Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and walk throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Schedule & Compensation2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM.Occasional overtime and Saturdays may be required.$17.00 per hour.Temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-growing company.Long-term employment potential for dependable, hardworking employees.Apply Today!
