Job description
The Director of Advancement for FCA’s Buffalo Major Market leads ministry growth through prayer, staffing, and funding, in alignment with the Regional VP and boards. This role focuses on Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International Advancement, building a strategic plan to fulfill FCA’s mission in Buffalo, NY.
The Director will recruit, hire, train and develop staff and volunteers, cultivate donors, and collaborate with church partners to expand reach.
