Job description
Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an internship in the Metrology Technology Development group. You will collaborate with engineers across the globe on projects in Optical Thin Films, Scatterometry, X‑Ray, Overlay, Profiling, FIB, or CDSEM, applying AI and data analytics to accelerate metrology development.
