Direct Support Professional (DSP)We're seeking reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a four-week contracted opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA, with potential for extension.Position HighlightsLocation: Santa Rosa, CA Setting: Residential Group Homes Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 40 hours per weekShifts Available:AM: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PMPM: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PMNOC: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AMRole FocusAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)Supervise and support individuals in a residential settingProvide active programming and engagement throughout shiftsFollow and document individualized care plansMaintain a safe, structured, and supportive environmentReport any concerns in accordance with mandated reporter guidelinesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDDSP 1 and DSP 2 Certifications - RequiredDSP or related caregiving/behavioral health experience - RequiredCNA certification - PreferredStrong communication, observation, and documentation skillsReliable, flexible, and able to pick up shifts as neededAdditional RequirementsMust meet all federal, state, and facility requirementsUnderstanding of patient/resident confidentiality and HIPAA standardsMust be at least 18 years of ageBenefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits:Competitive pay & weekly paychecksHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) savings planAwards and recognition programs
