Job description
Royal Caribbean Group seeks a seasoned Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee shipboard technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical aspects. You will manage day-to-day fleet support, emergencies, and long-term maintenance strategies across a global fleet.
Will lead capital planning, coordinate drydocks, and monitor financial performance with shipboard leaders, guiding cost-effective upgrades and asset lifecycle management.
