The Miami office of an elite law firm seeks a Corporate Capital Markets Associate (2-6 years PQE) to advise issuers, underwriters, and investors on complex U.S. and cross-border securities transactions across diverse industries. You will lead due diligence, draft and negotiate securities offering documents, provide guidance on governance, and mentor junior lawyers.
