Job description
Stryker is seeking a Sports Medicine Regional Manager to lead a sales team, drive regional performance, and hire and develop top talent. You will partner with the Director of Sales to craft strategies, exceed targets, and align with Stryker’s mission in healthcare innovation.
You will hire, train, and coach sales professionals, manage the pipeline, and communicate with senior leaders to achieve aggressive goals and deliver exceptional results for customers and patients.
