Job description
Eurofins Scientific in Louisville, KY seeks a hands-on Business Unit Manager (Microbiology) to lead the Food Testing laboratory with a focus on operational excellence, cultural transformation, commercial growth, and strong business performance.
You will own the BU P&L, manage day‑to‑day operations for the lab, lead a team of ~40 employees, ensure quality and timely delivery, and partner with the President to align delivery with client needs and growth plans.
