Job description
Inova Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join the Microbiology team at Inova Juniper Street, on a Full-Time Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, every other weekend. The role oversees and guides team members, selects testing methodologies and instrumentation, and ensures quality control and proficiency testing across shifts to deliver accurate patient results.
