Job description
Seagate Technology in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sr. Engineer (Early Career) to advance micromagnetic modeling for next-gen data storage. You will conduct physics-based simulations, investigate HAMR and spin-torque phenomena, and collaborate with test engineers to interpret data.
The position requires a PhD in Physics or EE, strong programming in Python/Cuda/C++, and experience with Linux-based HPC environments. This is a full-time role within Seagate Research Group.
