If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success- join today!Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM overtime as neededPay Rate: $20-$25 per hourResponsibilities/Requirements:Perform manual micro welding operations (spot welding, fusing, brazing) on tiny components under a microscope.Use small hand and power tools to prepare components for assembly.Measure, cut, and handle tiny platinum wire (0.0005 mm to 0.016 mm diameter).Utilize measurement instruments like scales, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Assemble and test components with electronic test instruments, including digital multimeters.Prepare ice baths and calibrate small components.Apply cement coatings, fluxes, and cleaning fluids, handling them carefully.Operate semi-automated winding and dipping equipment.Conduct assembly tasks under a microscope.Other duties as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Ability to read and follow simple to complex drawings and procedures.1-2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.Basic math skills for simple computations and record-keeping.Ability to sit or bend for extended periods and perform repetitive work under a microscope.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.Effective team player.
