The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX 2012 R3 with deep knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, costing, consolidation, and integrations with SCM modules.Must Have Technical / Functional Skills Necessary Skills (Mandatory)Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012 R3 implementation and supportExpertise in: Project Management & Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank & Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Workflow ConfigurationStrong understanding of Core Finance & Accounting, MIS Reporting, Product Costing & Manufacturing / Production Costing (Process Industry), Chart of Accounts structure for Multi-company, Multi-division, Multi-geography environments, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory CostingKnowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, International Countries GAAP, Localization requirements, Minority Interest & Consolidation processesExperience in configuration of finance profiles and their impact on General LedgerStrong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, FDD, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios & Test CasesAdditional / Good to Have SkillsUnderstanding of Scope of Work (SOW) and Change Request ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM modules: Supply Chain Management, Distribution & Trade, Warehouse Management, Transportation ManagementExperience with Inventory Management and Warehouse Management processesRoles & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in development and deployment of Global Template projectsAnalyze finance business processes and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012 capabilitiesConfigure finance modules and related workflowsConduct customer demos and handle complex business discussionsPrepare business and functional documentation: BRD, FRD, FDD, Fit-Gap Documents, Test Scenarios & Test CasesPerform process testing and customization validationCollaborate with technical teams for solution deliveryManage communication with business stakeholders and clientsLead and mentor teams of Functional Finance and SCM ConsultantsSupport deployment, UAT, go-live, and post-production activitiesPreferred Candidate ProfileStrong functional consulting background in Dynamics 365 FinanceExperience in global rollouts and multi-country implementationsAbility to interact with CXO-level stakeholders and business usersStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsExperience in manufacturing or process industry domain preferredKeywords Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012 R3, Finance Consultant, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Consolidation, IFRS, US GAAP, Product Costing, Manufacturing Costing, SCM, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, D365 Finance
