Job description
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, CRM customization, development, integrations, reporting, and functional solutions.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, including Entities, Workflows, Configuration, Customization, and Integrations.
Expertise in Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, JavaScript, Business Process Flows, and custom scripts.
Strong knowledge of CRM Web API, OData, REST, and SOAP integrations.
Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Service Management modules.
Experience with OOB CRM/SSRS reporting, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, and WCF.
Expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong understanding of CRM security model and deployment methods.
Experience with NServiceBus and enterprise CRM integrations.
Minimum 2 Dynamics CRM implementation projects/cycles.
Strong knowledge of CRM design, development, integration, and implementation best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Lead and participate in high-level design and solution discussions.
Design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics CRM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Provide technical and functional guidance on Dynamics CRM best practices.
Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process optimization.
Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
