Job description
Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth offers a Graduate Nurse Residency in the MICU starting February 2027. This program integrates a guided clinical experience with instructor-led curriculum, a formal mentoring program, debriefing/self-care and 360-degree evaluations.
Residents will rotate through home units and other departments to broaden critical care exposure, with a 15-month employment commitment and full-time hours after residency completion.
