Duties
Advise on structuring, offering, and regulation of registered investment companies.
Provide corporate and regulatory advice to boards of directors.

Requirements
Experience in a peer firm's investment management group preferred.
Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
Education
High level of academic achievement required.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
