Job description
Stoke Space is seeking a mid-level corporate attorney to support our in-house legal team. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and help scale contracting processes to enable rapid, compliant execution as we grow in the aerospace field.
You will partner with business, engineering, and finance teams, owning negotiations from intake to close and advising on IP, confidentiality, indemnification, and liability provisions.
