Overview
The national team handles a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
The role supports sophisticated transactions for domestic and international companies, private equity funds, corporate strategic investors, and entrepreneurs.
Candidates should have an interest in supporting senior attorneys and a desire and aptitude to work closely with founders and CEOs, with a view to developing their own practice.
Requires experience across mergers and acquisitions, capital markets/corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity and venture capital financings, complex M&A, securities law compliance, and corporate formations.
Candidates should have experience guiding companies through successful financing rounds and complex corporate M&A and commercial transactions.
Requires demonstrated ability to independently manage significant portions of transactions, including leading deal teams of other associates and subject matter experts.
The practice has an industry focus on Technology and Consumer Products.
