Job description
Interstate Waste Services is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic B to maintain and repair our fleet of refuse trucks and heavy-duty diesel vehicles in the greater NY/NJ area. In this safety-focused, team-driven role, you will perform inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on engines, hydraulics, electrical, and braking systems to keep our trucks operating reliably. You’ll use modern tools and follow strict safety and environmental standards while supporting route operations.
