Job description
Position Title: Phoenix Office Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
This role is essential for a legal professional seeking to advance their career in employment law. The position involves engaging with complex litigation matters while providing support to clients in various employment-related issues. Salary Range: $175,000 - $220,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with partners on various cases
Engage in pro-bono work as part of billable hour requirements
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience
Barred in state
Strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in employment law will be considered
Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred
