Job description
Fenwick & West seeks mid-level litigation associates with 4–6 years of experience across copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class actions, and complex commercial litigation. Applicants must be barred in the state of the office or eligible to waive into the next bar exam and possess superior academic credentials with strong written and oral communication skills.
Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
