Mid-Level Litigation Associate | San Francisco
4-6 years of experience | San Francisco, California | Estimated base salary: $310,000-$390,000
Our client is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its San Francisco team handling complex financial services and securities matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and regulatory-facing matters for financial institutions and fintech companies.
The work
Manage key aspects of litigation from pleadings through resolution
Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
Work directly with clients on strategy, risk assessment, and case management
Contribute to consumer protection, fraud, unfair competition, and financial services matters
Collaborate on matters involving parallel regulatory or investigative components
Mentor junior associates and oversee discrete workstreams
What you bring
Four to six years of litigation experience
Experience managing litigation matters and handling motion practice
Ability to take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
Strong client-service and case-management capabilities
