BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Brandon, FL. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.
You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, support sponsors and portfolio companies, and manage client relationships. JD from ABA-accredited law school and licensure in the hiring jurisdiction are required.
