Job description
Carolina Legal Staffing is seeking a Mid-Level Tax Attorney to join a sophisticated law firm’s transactional practice, focusing on M&A tax planning and tax mitigation strategies.
The attorney will work closely with business owners and transaction teams, primarily representing sellers in M&A transactions and advising clients on tax-efficient deal structures. The East Coast travel to Charleston will be required.
