Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level M&A associate with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join the Transactions Practice Group in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on U.S. and cross-border middle market M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity deals.
Duties
Oversee M&A transactions with limited supervision.
Collaborate directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.
Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements.
Engage in business development activities.
Requirements
Experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
Early-stage financing experience is a plus.
Education
JD from an ABA accredited law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
