OBJECTIVECare for our guests' skin and bodies by providing a variety of Aesthetic Med Spa treatments according to protocols and rituals, guaranteeing the ultimate Med Spa experience. Providers must portray a professional self-image and master treatment/ product technical knowledge and skills. Medical Providers are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients.Perform skin analysis and evaluation on patients.Perform a comprehensive full-face consultation and offer a comprehensive treatment plan to patients.Administer injections, including Neurotoxins and Dermal Filler.Develop a customized treatment plan for patients and an ongoing follow-up plan.Experience discussing patient expectations of outcomes.Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.Consistent training and education on current aesthetic industry trends.Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services and our product lines.Educate clients on all treatments processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.Skilled effective, compassionate, professional interactions and communication with patients.Confidently and empathetically answer client questions and concerns.Build a self-generated client base in addition to the leads provided by the company.Adhere to high professional image standards such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyleAbility to meet company standards through the delivery of high-level customer service.Actively builds repeat clienteleMaintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirementsParticipate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and executionMentor new team members to help them grow and thrivePerform consultations with new and existing clients per the outline providedQUALIFICATIONSValid Florida state PA or ARNP license required.Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications preferred.1-2 years of experience as an injector of neurotoxins and dermal filler required.Experience with lasers is ideal but not required.Compelling interpersonal and communication skills, strong ability to influence/ build rapport.SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICSSpecial skills/Certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, laser hair removal, etc.Strong customer service orientationStrong leadership skills, motivational, and inspirationalCheerful, upbeat personalityExcellent communication and public speaking skillsFlexible and cooperativePatient and levelheadedHigh personal standards, good self-esteemPays attention to detailAble to multi-task and improvise on the spur of the momentHigh energy, able to work in fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, little to no guidance needed to complete tasksAble to work well under pressureFor professional growth seeks out knowledge and enjoys learning and teachingPolished and professional manner of conducting businessConfident and committed to the spa team
