Winston & Strawn seeks a Mid-level Associate.
The role is within the Structured Finance Group.
Position is based in the Charlotte office.
Requires 3-6 years of structured finance experience.
Essential to have strong deal experience in structured finance, lending, or securitization.
Experience representing domestic and foreign banks is a core requirement.
Focus on warehouse lending and structured repurchase transactions.
Work involves commercial real estate loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities.
North Carolina State Bar admission is mandatory.
