Job description
Willis Towers Watson in Houston seeks a Mid-Market Director to own ADML delivery for mid-market clients (500–5,000 lives) within an assigned U.S. geography.
You will lead day-to-day delivery, client satisfaction, and oversee projects across absence, disability, leave, life, and AD&D program design. This role requires 10+ years in ADML consulting or related fields, autonomy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor consultants.
