Job description
TJM Labs, a remote-first company building Pharmacy AI, seeks a Mid‑Market Division Lead to own the commercial health of the Mid‑Market segment end to end. Report to the COO with latitude to run the segment, including pricing, headcount, and resource allocation. Remote-first, high-growth environment with meaningful ownership.
You will partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive revenue quality, expansion, and efficiency while shaping the segment's strategy and growth.
