Duties
Represent domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds.
Structure, form, and operate investment funds.
Manage various transactions, including financings and acquisitions.
Form alternative investment structures.
Requirements
4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
Outstanding academic credentials.
Comparable law firm experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
