Job description
Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across diverse patient populations. You will perform assessments, design and implement care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of treatment.
Educate patients and families, monitor vital signs, document care per standards, and respond to changing conditions with sound clinical judgment.
