Duties
Organize and advise venture funds and related entities.
Provide counsel on corporate and securities regulations.
Collaborate with a team on fund formation projects.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation.
Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience.
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in relevant state.
Skills
