To create pallet sizes that make sense, are good looking and loadable.Essential Duties:Picking SO# in Cedar BayLocate, pick and fill pick locationsInspect products for anything out of conformanceMaking nice neat loadable palletsCheck products to be loaded or unloaded against paperworkContinually checking dates on orders to assure we are meeting load datesDriving forklift, Product identification, general house cleaningOther duties as assignedQualificationsAble to operate forklift and push pullsAttention to detailSelf – MotivatedVery good knowledge of all products stored in warehouseGeneral mathematical and computer skills (cedar bay is a plus)Ensure that company policy is followedAttend safety trainingsFollow all safety instructions and policiesReport any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisorReport any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisorWear required PPE, including Bump Cap and hearing protectionBenefitsHealth, Dental, & VisionWellness program discounts - up to $150 discounted towards health insurance monthly80 Hours of PTO Accrued in First Year of Employment7 Paid HolidaysKLN Clinic - Free doctor visits & more than 300 free prescriptions401k Match OpportunityOpportunity to meet with our onsite financial advisors$10,000 Forgivable Home Grant ProgramTuition Assistance*All hires are contingent on a clean background check and a successful drug test (UA), this means that a job offer is not final until both the background check and drug test results are satisfactory to the employer*
