Job Description
Coordinating the middle school football program.
Help organize and coordinate off‑season activities.
Work on skill development and participation goals.
Communicate with students, athletes, parents, and community about the football program.
Check on student/athletes grades and school attendance.
Supervise before, during, and after practices and games.
Collaborate with other coaches in building a strong athletic program at the high school.
Have high expectations of students/athletes to achieve academic success.
Qualifications
Successful football coaching experience.
Football background / NFHS trained.
Communication, motivation and organization skills.
Able to conduct yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards of good sportsmanship and teaching.
