Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead its program at Maria Weston Chapman Middle School. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and program quality for middle school students. You will manage budgets, enrollment, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with all district and state regulations. The Site Director builds strong partnerships with families and school leaders, fosters an inclusive, safe learning environment, and drives continuous improvement that supports students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
